What is Spiritual Healing?

Spiritual healing is completely non-invasive and in a wide range of conditions has proved to be the most effective treatment. It has been around under different names throughout history, it has its roots in India, China, Egypt and Greece.

Ancient times the priest and doctor were one – as were science and religion. Spiritual Healing is a completely natural process that promotes better health.

The channeling of pure positive source energies trough the healer to the patient brings it about. It re-energises and relaxes you so that your natural resources are enabled to deal with illness or injury in the best possible way.

It fully complements any other treatment that you may be having.

It is a process of revitalisation, relaxation and release at a very profound level that helps your body to adjust and heal spontaneously, at its own pace and its own way.

There are case histories in which healing seems to have made an important contribution to recovery range from trivial to the terminal.

In addition to its value in relieving pain and restoring function, healing is also notable for initiating improvements in patients’ attitudes, clarity of thoughts, and in their quality of life.

Why Spiritual Healing?

Spiritual healing can be helpful in a wide range of physical and psychological, spiritual and emotional conditions, often times to a remarkable degree. Indeed, the medically diagnosed nature of the illness appears to be irrelevant, here, to the outcome.

Healing can be beneficial to some degree in all situations.

Healing is often about restoring balance to your life, about feelings and about your relationships with others. It may initiate changes in your life, help in regaining control of your life by bringing you a sense of proportion and feeling of having your feet on the ground.

It is based on the fundamental principle that the body is a self-repairing living entity that possesses the innate ability to heal itself.

It can be especially helpful in crisis situations and with terminal illness.

There may be times when you experience some kind of emotional relief as part of the healing process. Sometimes the process is obvious, sometimes more subtle. Healing is always helpful.

Healing can stand alone as a therapy; it has no side effects and works well with any other therapy. Spiritual healing in a wide range of conditions has proved to be the most effective treatment.

It is important to know that the healer only providing herself/himself to be a channel trough the level of her/his consciousness and brings about the required healing energy trough awareness; which means that the healer is only the facilitator rather then the "doer" himself where energy flows to the required areas. Beautiful as there is no "real" ego involved (or should not be!).

Healing can only be truly termed "spiritual" when there is no involvement of the human will, intellect or ego in the healing act, when the instrument (the healer) gets herself/himself "out of the way", and becomes a channel for the divine flow of source energy (healing).

It can be used for instant pain relief as well as for any other discomfort, pain or illness; however Spiritual Healing is well known to be the key method for long term well being.

It can be very helpful as healing of the physical condition, as opposed to suppression of its symptoms, depends therefore on inner change. Spiritual healing works from the "inside out" therefore it is very helpful.

It is really the process to help you to help yourself. That is one of the reasons why this way of handling an illness such as cancer is becoming extremely popular in many countries. There are countless cases where cancer dissolved and patients fully recovered from it. In the UK there are full time healers working in many hospitals and hospices today and hopefully other countries are going to open up soon as well as we move forward.

How does Spiritual Healing work?

Healing is nothing other than the return of the memory of wholeness.

As the memory is stored geographically in your body, including the different levels of etheric and auric field; the facilitator’s responsibility is to look at you as a whole person and divine being and assist in the process of the mind, body and spirit connection.

It works with the core of the issue.

Healing seeks out the underlying cause as well as the “presenting symptom”. This can mean that the outcome of a healing session may be beneficial in an unexpected way and not necessarily immediately; however in most cases you have an instant result right after the session.

It is no use treating the cells of the body if we do not accept that the whole body is but a cell of the Universe. There is a unity in life and we must live in unity with it. If there is an imbalance of any sort it needs to be healed.

When you are treated as a trinity of body, mind and spirit you will return to the wholeness of being that is sought. That is why is wonderful, often times clients are experiencing a level of peace what they unfortunately have not, for many weeks, months often times for many years.

Healing is not intended to replace medical treatment and should be viewed as complementary to it. Any prescribed medication should be continued until you and your doctor review your needs together.

Today, even technology allows us to record an imprint of the auric field of a person and there is an example below of how much "balance" a 45 minutes healing session can bring about. Certainly there is much more to it but what is visible; it already talks for itself.

The two aura photos were taken with GDV Camera (Gas Discharge Visualization) before and after a healing session.

What happens during a healing session?

The session is very informal and relaxing. An average session lasts for about 60-70 minutes. You will not be asked to remove any clothing except perhaps top coat and shoes to help the process of relaxation. In some cases the healing session would only last for 30-45 minutes if the healer feels that is appropriate according to the circumstances. If so, the process is no less effective at all.

The room is always prepared prior to your healing session and it usually has a nice room temperature. Blankets are also available.

The session will make you feel relaxing and in most cases soothing music offered along with the pleasant, dim light of a candle.

You could be either seated on a stool or a chair or most likely on a comfortable treatment couch or a bed and you will be invited to relax and close your eyes if you wish. Anytime during the session you are more than welcome to share any feelings or experience or open your eyes if you feel like it.

It is not uncommon to rich a level of relaxation, possibly to the point of falling asleep. If so that is usually softens the natural resistance (if any) and helps in the healing process.

The healer generally works with her/his hands a short distance from your body or sometimes using a light touch with your consent. The healing session takes in the entire body and auric field with particular attention to the area(s) of difficulty.

You may experience a variety of sensations, perhaps warmth or coolness, tingling or pressure. Sometimes one might required tissue for the eyes, you may feel pain coming to the surface, and often dispersing, as healing goes to work. Some patients feel little more than warmth but the process no less effective. Whatever happens just let it so.

After your healing session it is suggestible to have some more relaxing time for yourself and also that you drink plenty of water.

The session takes 48 hours to consolidate, i.e. it does not end when you leave the treatment couch. To permit this, alcohol should be avoided for at least 24 hours or ideally for a few days.

In a healing session an energetic process has been set in motion which is consolidated over the following days therefore it is not uncommon at the outset to feel a desire for quiet, rest and an early night (mostly after the first sessions). This effect reduces as work progresses and clients then usually report an increase in energy, vitality, positivity, inner peace and mental clarity.

When the session is "over", feedback is exchanged on what has transpired, and explanations are given by the healer as to what may be expected in the days that follow to get the most out of the healing process.

Do I need faith?

"There is no miracles; there is only ignorance" - Pythagoras.

No, you don’t need faith. Faith and belief is just a thought one is keep thinking isn’t it? Or perhaps the substance of things hope for and the essence of things not seen. And also beliefs often times can be a cover up for insecurity.

The fact that even babies respond to the treatment shows that spiritual healing is due to other forces than mere belief. Spiritual healing also often times used as a main treatment of animals and even plants with clear response and results.

Most healers are see their ability as a natural resource and dedicated their entire life, and time to facilitate the well being of others on various scales. There are many advanced healers out there who are not even required to really use their hands and the healing is wonderfully taking place.

On the other hand, healing is more a scientific question than a philosophical.

Nothing special is expected of you except perhaps openness to anything that happens and a degree of trust in the healer. An awareness of the need for change and the motivation to do so can also be helpful.

Spiritual healing is NOT to be confused with faith healing, bio-energy healing, spiritualist healing, or spiritualism.

Spiritual Healing perfectly can be facilitated regardless of any creed, cast, nationality, skin coloration, denomination including atheists and skeptics or religion or the absence of any. Gabor welcomes everyone.

How often do I need to go for healing?

A number of sessions may be needed depending on the nature of the problem. If you are experiencing healing for the very first time it may take you two or perhaps three sessions to relax into the process. You can always discuss progress with your healer.

If you have not had a healing session yet, it is recommended to repeat the process at least 2-3 times in the following 5-10 weeks to continuously open up the channels so that your body naturally can feed into the endocrine system trough the Energy Centres and Chakras.

If you have had healing sessions in the past, then you know, whenever you feel to continue and re-vitalize and ready for the next step, you should contact your healer.

If you have had other hands on healing session in the past such as reiki for instance, indeed you are going to have a different experience because of all the above mentioned reasons. Reiki frequencies (Earth energies) are different from spiritual healing. Spiritual Healing is much close to the divine source energy then any other healing system I am aware of at this moment in time. Spiritual healing energies usually work trough the heart (Air element) which is the strongest "radiation device" of the human vehicle (The heart has an average 2.5 meters of magnetic field.) All treatments have their place and use, for instance if you would turn up with teeth problems, you would be kindly sent to the dentist.

Overall, the more "repair" needed, the more long-standing the condition, the more healing is required to complete the work.
